Our garden plants were getting damaged by small pests and ants gathering around pots and soil areas. The technician checked the entire outdoor space and identified moisture buildup near watering points. He treated the soil areas carefully and also suggested adjusting watering habits. The spray used did not harm the plants and had a mild smell. Within a few days, pest activity reduced noticeably and plants started looking healthier again. Response time during booking was a bit delayed, but the service itself was helpful for maintaining the garden.

I had 2 wasp nests, called Ernest, and all within 1 hour, he finished the job. Fast, courteous, professional. I will definitely ask him for help if needed in the future!

We had a lot of bees going under our siding. We found Ernest's site online, we called, he answered, he was on our property in less than 2 hours. Ernest sprayed the area where the bees were going, looked around the whole front and backyards for other signs of bee activity, and sprayed a few other areas "just in case". Ernest was prompt, friendly, professional and respectful of our property. When a minor amount of bees appeared a few days later, Ernest came right out for a follow up appointment. We were very happy with Ernest's work and we highly recommend Ernest and his company. His brand of customer service is hard to find anymore.

Don't appreciate getting charged full price at consultation. They Never caught raccoon. They patched up the hole. I paid full price for a cage to sit on roof and a patch up. Was told I was getting a refund for some of the price. Never received refund. I don't appreciate the games. I never leave reviews. But this was necessary.

I had a raccoon trying to claw its way into my roof. Ernest came out within a few minutes. Set up, caught and removed it. Good service, will definitely call again.
